For those not familiar with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, it is a condition affecting 10% of women and involves a hormonal imbalance causing severe symptoms. While I am not personally one of the 10%, I decided to partner up with Abbey Sharp to review the most recent evidence in managing PCOS from a diet perspective. While the common treatment is to lose weight, we decided to stray from weight loss and instead focus on small changes that can be made in our diet and lifestyle to improve symptoms.
