This one goes out to all the woman out there. We can all agree our periods can be a real pain and always seem to have the “best” timing. Even against the odds, we soldier on, take the necessary steps to overcome them (i.e. cupcakes and midol), and wait for the next cycle.

In a piece for Abbey’s Kitchen Inc. I take you through each phase in our cycles and give you some tips on what to eat to keep your energy up to get through your days to be the best you can be and it may be a surprise but cupcakes are not the answer (I’m gonna lose some followers over that).
